Sets of patterns in ready to use DXF
format. All patterns have been prepared for plasma cutting and
are sized to suitable minimum dimensions for plasma. They can
be scaled, mirrored, rotated or combined with other patterns,
text or graphics to produce unique products. Most are
converted from antique paper patterns over 100 years
old. You get over 100 patterns in each Pattern Library

NEED HELP CONVERTING DRAWINGS?
Paper patterns are digitized and
converted into DXF file format for use with almost any CNC system. Your
paper patterns are returned to you and your DXF files are e-mailed to you.
A CD format can also be mailed to you as backup if
desired.

Base Price: $20 per custom pattern
This includes
overall size of less than 48" X 96" and no more than 5 pierce points.
(that is one outside cut and 4 inside cuts)

Additional oversize patterns:
Cost per additional "tile" add

We can digitize up to 48"x 60" at
a time. This is called a "tile". For parts
over this size, it will be
divided into 48x60 tiles and then re-combined to
form one
part.
Example: a pattern 72"x48" with 5 cuts would be 2 tiles
each 60x48. First
tile included in base price. Add one more tile at
$10 ea for a total of $30
